The Standards Club of Bishop Jerome Institute, Kollam successfully conducted an Orientation Program & Exposure Visit on 10th July 2026 in association with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

The program aimed to create awareness among students about quality standards, standardization, and the role of BIS in nation building. The session included an insightful orientation, interactive discussions, and an exposure visit to an industry to give students hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and quality practices.

The event witnessed active participation from students and faculty, and concluded with a token of appreciation to the resource person. 

BJI continues to nurture a culture of learning beyond classrooms and prepare students for excellence in Engineering, Architecture & Management.
