Civil Engineering Student Internships

A 5-day onsite internship at the Alappuzha-Changanassery semi-elevated highway construction was conducted for the 2019–23 batch civil engineering students in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction (IIIC), Chavara.

9 final year students (2019–23 batch) completed a 21-day practical training internship at Shivalaya Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd., gaining hands-on exposure to the ongoing NH 66 bypass project from Kollam to Kadambattukonam.

On 25th January 2024, a one-day internship on construction site practices was organized for the 2023–27 and 2022–26 batches by the Civil Engineering Department alongside the Arcite School of Technical Education at the Southern Railways project site, Kollam.
